The winner of the Buyers Award 2019, Elysian presented at Milan Fashion Week

The founder of Elysian Boglárka Bódis, who received a special award last year presented on the 19th of February as part of the official programme at Milan Fashion Week. The designer of romantic and feminine yet clean collections has also prepared with a special, Hungarian performance.

The third time in this year the mentees of the joint mentoring programme of Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana (CNMI) and the Hungarian Fashion & Design Agency showcased their collections at Milano Fashion Week. Last year CNMI and the supporter of luxury brands, Camera Buyer Italia awarded Elysian with the Buyers Award 2019. Due to this Boglárka Bódis the founder of Elysian gave a presentation on Wednesday the 19th of February at Fashion Hub. Besides the exhibited garments the guests could see a performance of a ballet dancer of the Hungarian State Opera.

A three-year-long strategic agreement was signed between the Hungarian Fashion & Design Agency and the Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana in August 2018. In the framework of the collaboration, the industry leader fashion chamber actively assists and mentors the development of five Hungarian emerging designers. The international mentoring programme contributes to develop the business knowledge of the designers and help them to enter the international market and prepare them for international success, therefore attending Milano Fashion Week is a perfect part of this development process.
