Fashion Hub: Interactive Programmes, Workshops, and Lectures Await During BCEFW

Alongside the weekend fashion shows, the Fashion Hub, the experience space of Budapest Central European Fashion Week (BCEFW), organised by the Hungarian Fashion & Design Agency, will take place in the National Dance Theatre. Over two days, 13 programmes, including interactive workshops, professional discussions, and community events, await the audience.

The Fashion Hub aims to complement the runway events of Fashion Week with experience-based professional and community programmes. Visitors can immerse themselves in topics such as sustainability, creative work, the beauty industry and technology.

Workshops and creative studios invite those interested to create together while roundtable discussions explore the transformative role of artificial intelligence.

Here is the complete programme:

On Saturday, 6 September, the all-day BCEFW × Cécha Matcha pop-up welcomes the public. In the morning, the Wear Your Art – “Tattooed” Top workshop offers creative relaxation. In the afternoon, the Models on the Rise panel spotlights the experiences of young Hungarian models featuring Evelyn Nagy, Márta Varr, and Laura Tóth. Then, the Zöldműhely – Beauty Naturally programme presents practical examples. Later on, Ryan Thomas Roth, an outstanding figure in the international beauty industry, gives a lecture in English on the connections between personal stories and global industry trends, followed by the sustainability workshop Wardrobe Reimagined with Eszter Gózon.

On Sunday, 7 September, the Flow & Fashion – Yoga with MARI programme provides a refreshing start to the day. In the afternoon, besides the Charm Yourself creative bag charm making programme, a professional roundtable analyses the role of artificial intelligence in the future of fashion. Those interested in perfume culture can gain an inspiring insight into the world of perfume in the 21st century during Zsolt Zólyomi’s lecture, while Enikő Sütő talks about the most important milestones in her career in the Inspiring Icons discussion.

The Fashion Hub offers special experiences not only to professionals but also to the general public, where fashion meets arts, sustainability, and innovation. Visit the BCEFW experience space on 6–7 September in the National Dance Theatre!
