Apply To Be a Side Event Partner: Join BCEFW With Your Event

At the end of the summer, the capital will be buzzing with fashion again; one of the leading fashion events in the Central European region will return between the 26^th of August and the 1^st of September. 2024. The Hungarian Fashion & Design Agency (HFDA) is organising Budapest Central European Fashion Week (BCEFW) for the fourteenth time. The HFDA aims to offer programs in as many locations of the city as possible for domestic and visiting international audiences who can gain insight into numerous areas of fashion. There will be an opportunity again to join the fashion week with side events, which will be supported by official BCEFW communication for audience management. The organizers are accepting applications from side event organizing Partners until July 14, 2024.

Side events, which are popular among fashion enthusiasts and appear in different venues in Budapest, will play an important role at BCEFW to be held between the 26^th of August and the 1^st of September, 2024. The side events will await the audience from the first day of the fashion week, offering many colourful opportunities to connect, renewing the program offered year by year. They can provide a good occasion for those interested to meet the representatives of the profession and the designers in a relaxed atmosphere. The Partners joining the program can reach out to a wider audience interested in topics related to fashion and connect them to the flow of the BCEFW and the city while also promoting their own brands through these events. The casual events, in addition to providing a platform for meeting and entering the world of fashion, can also have a sales incentivising effect.

You can join BCEFW’s program with an open or private, online or offline event with a theme that fits the profile of the event from Monday of the week of the event (26^th of August) until Sunday (1^st of September). Organising the event is the duty of the Partner joining the program, which will be supported by the BCEFW with marketing and PR communication. The whole program of the fashion week, including the details of the side events, will be published on the event’s official website and BCEFW’s social media platforms, thus helping to promote the events. The side events are planned to be featured in an exclusive print program guide.

Side event organiser Partners may apply by the 7^th of July 2024 at info@bcefw.com. In your application letter, please specify the subject: “side event application – BCEFW SS25”, and include the following information:

• The name, date, location and short description of the planned program.
• Name, telephone number and email address of the contact person.

The organiser team will assess the applications received based on the theme of the program and its connection to the Budapest Central European Fashion Week and finalise the range of programs accordingly. HFDA will realise the event based on current official information, the organisers reserve the right to make changes.
