360 Design Budapest Exhibition wins Red Dot Award
The 360 Design Budapest exhibition, organised by the Hungarian Fashion & Design Agency for the first time in 2020, was not only welcomed by the design drawn public, but received several international awards too. Most recently, the event has won Red Dot Award in Brands & Communication Design category!
Last year's 360 Design Budapest exhibition gained international attention, as the event won the highly prestigious Red Dot Award in the Brands & Communication Design category, crowning its previous achievements and numerous international awards with one of the world's most renowned design accolades. The importance of the award is reflected in the fact that several events from all over the world – Europe, Asia and the Americas –entered the competition and an international jury consisting of 24 high-level experts selected the most outstanding entries. The first 360 Design Budapest exhibition plus the talented designers of Hungary and the region have thus taken a prominent place amongst the high-quality, creative projects and world-class designers on the international design scene.
The Red Dot Award is one of the most reputable design competitions and it is often referred to as the design world’s Oscar, thus crowning the previous successes of the 360 Design Budapest exhibition.
The Red Dot Award is the 360 Design Budapest exhibition’s fifth international award. The A' Design Award & Competition awarded the exhibition bronze prizes in two categories, namely, Event & Happening Design and Interior Space & Exhibition Design, and it was also awarded gold in the Virtual Expo category and bronze in the Art Event category at the 11th Global Eventex Awards.
Design enthusiasts won’t have to wait much longer, after the phenomenal successes the 360 Design Budapest Exhibition returns between 4 and 10 of October to Bálna Budapest.
This year’s exhibition showcases the special and vivid world of design even more uniquely how it surrounds us in our daily lives.
